I love the team at Noble Oak and what they’re doing. After a long week I did the cork pop on this sweet Double Oak finished in Sherry Oak Staves.

Noble Oak Double Oak Bourbon finished in Sherry Oak Staves. Proof 90 45% ALC
Color ~ Amber
Nose ~ The nose is amazing. Was able to grab some herbs. You’ll pick up ginger, and oak all day. Also, along with vanilla, and nutmeg. I had a hard time pulling the glass away from the nose.
Palate ~ You’ll get that vanilla oaky sensations from the start. I love the dark chocolate and pepper spice this provides. Such rich flavors from the Sherry Oak. With every sip those flavors come alive even more.
Finish ~ It’s on the short-medium side. However, the Sherry Oak provides those excellent flavors. In the back of the palate you’ll detect some dried fruits which works well with the warm heat.
